Both of my dogs had a great cut and are hardly recognisable from the two scruffy dogs that arrived. Most importantly my dog that is nervous came out with a wagging tail.

AWFUL. My dog ​​came back covered in hair from other dogs because he hadn't cleaned up after them. Since he smokes at his establishment, he arrived smelling of tobacco! He didn't brush him or even trim his nails; in other words, he returned him to me in worse condition than when I brought him in.
When I called him, he told me my dog ​​wouldn't let him trim his nails... but he conveniently kept quiet about it until I realized and complained. He refunded my money, of course.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend him; it's the worst place I've ever seen.
My dog ​​arrived TERRORIZED.

Regarding your response, I'd like to say:
I haven't disrespected you, nor do I hold a grudge against you since I don't know you. I've simply shared my experience.

Yes, I know perfectly well that nails are trimmed when possible due to nerves, but you told me he wouldn't let you. So, what's the truth? That he couldn't be trimmed because he became aggressive? Did he not have any nails to trim? Or didn't he want to?... I'm telling you, he had nails that needed trimming... in fact, they've already been trimmed by a professional, not by hacking at them.

I know he sheds, and a lot of it, but he sheds his own hair, which I know perfectly well since I've been here for four years. And if you don't clean your establishment, it's normal that you'll get hair of all colors and breeds.

And regarding the smell of tobacco... you won't notice because you're used to it, but yes, it smelled; and it's in an establishment open to the public. NO SMOKING.

And yes, it's true, he didn't come in scared, I repeat, he came in TERRORIZED. I have a video; if you want, I'll upload it.
The truth is, he never comes back happy after his bath because he doesn't like it, but never, I repeat, never has he come in trembling like he did with you.
I don't doubt your clientele or your past experience; you can see it in very old photos, but of course, everyone gets updated.

This has been my experience and I can't sugarcoat it. I hope and wish that other customers end up very satisfied and that mine just happened to experience this negligent "professional" behavior.

Salvador is delightful, he has a special connection with animals and is an artist at his job. I was tired of taking my dog ​​Bimba from groomer to groomer and they always left her in terrible condition. Since I found him, I'm so happy. He even got her a prescription medication for her chronic ear infection, and it's gone now. I couldn't be more satisfied and at ease. He's a true professional.
