A well-maintained, wide beach. The water is shallow and suitable for children. There are few rocks in the water. Sunbeds, etc., are not rented. The restrooms are clean.
There is also plenty of parking (mid-September!!). The beach was nice and empty every day.

50 total reviewsDiscovering these sand dunes and protected area between the El Morcje promenade and the Torrox promenade was fascinating. It's a stretch of perhaps a kilometer of fine sand and a very wide beach, with the sandy shore behind you, leaving you isolated from passersby. Admittedly, there are no beach bars or restrooms in this short area... but they are very close by, along the sides.
It's very nice, the beach isn't very deep but the showers don't work, you have to go to where the toilets are where there's only one for washing your feet
Nothing special. A decent beach with some dunes, but otherwise not beautiful or picturesque. No beach bars. Lots of locals.
Perfect beach for families, even with children, as there's plenty of shallow water. The sand is fine and there's ample parking nearby.
