I was very disappointed with their(saleswoman) behavior and service. The staff spoke in a rude manner. Even though I was waiting for my turn, they served another customer before me just because she was someone they knew.
I visit Plaza Mayor quite often, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this place. Respect and fairness should matter in customer service.

Nice stand with good staff, but these are not Dunkin’ Donuts :/ It really doesn’t taste like original donuts, it’s like a cheap copy.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I asked for matcha, but it was far too sweet. I requested a new one, but she replaced it reluctantly.

4 people working but ( 3 doing whatever they please , 1 was on her phone the other choose to take the bins even though the line was unreal , the 3rd sweeping up around tables)
You could see the girl that was doing everything getting nervous as she was taking orders and doing them plus people was ordering on the self service which she was doing as well, it was about half 8 at night and the cue was unrealistic, people was leaving as they couldn't be asked to wait anymore .
