The worse service! The lady at the cashier's to who I started to speak Spanish, she pretended she didn't understand, so I started to speak English to her, for what I've heard: No TE entiendo! Estamos en España! Im guessing she never travel abroad 🙄 Working next to the international airport and not speaking English! But the most important, the attitude- just mind-blowing nivel de rudeza. Than she started to shout at me, when I was trying to find the recipe for return: fast, hurry up, you can not see I have a big line! Extremely rude!!!!!! Kindergarten behaviour!

Originally a village to the south-west, now part of Málaga municipality, sitting between the airport and the foothills. One of the worst places to shop. The line to pay is usually so long, it creates traffic. Just chaotic.
Bought some things on 26/05, one thing was the wrong size. My friend tries to exchange it on 28/05 for me and the lady at the counter refuses. She underlines the date I bought it, and ignores the date it can be returned until (26/06). Very bad customer service.
Five star for updating your schedule according to local holidays. Bravo H&M!
