2/5 ⭐️

Disappointing experience overall.

The donuts didn’t taste fresh and weren’t particularly enjoyable. The chai latte was honestly very poor and not something I’d order again.

What stood out more was the service. I was trying my best to be polite and even use some Spanish, but still felt quite unwelcome. The staff member who served me seemed rushed, and the interaction felt uncomfortable. When I tried to address it directly, it wasn’t received well.

Overall, not a great experience and unfortunately not somewhere I’d return to.

I have ordered several times, and I’m left waiting about 30 minutes for a smoothie, all the times.
It’s about 5-6 employees working behind the counter, but no one is taking my order.
All the times I had to go and remind them, that I have ordered.
I’m the only costumer, so it isn’t busy

I went for coffee after my morning walk; it was nice weather, and I decided to have an iced coffee, which was unpleasant. On the next day, I got warm coffee, and it was terrible. The view from the cafe is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the place is spotless, but the coffee is not.

BE CAREFUL! I ordered a coffee with normal milk and they gave me it with oat milk which I am severely allergic to. If we didn't notice the color difference between mine and my friends coffee, it would have been worse. I get mistakes but when we confronted the employees, they were EXTREMELY rude and denied that they put oat milk in it, even when I had an allergic reaction to it.
