I came home with 20kg of damp laundry because there were only 5 minutes left to dry. I spent €8 on washing and €3 on drying. There were 5 minutes left before closing time, and a man shouted at me, announcing they were closing. Since their system is so automated, they shouldn't have to wait a few more minutes if they can't be courteous enough to wait, especially since they're sitting comfortably at their computers.
What a fiasco! On top of that, the supposed free washing machine advertised on their sign is a total scam. I regret using their service.
And then, at the very end, he tells me he'll give me a free dryer. Since damp clothes don't smell good, I suppose he thought it would appease me after his rude outburst.
I'm giving one star because I can't give less than one. I'll go to Coín next time; at least they know how to be respectful to their customers there.
Not recommended at all, and very disappointed with the service I received.
