The worst buying experience ever!!! The contract supposedly allowed for an extension if needed, but the extension cost me over €6,000, and it was either pay it or lose my deposit because the real estate agent, G.V.C., wasn't helping either party since she was a close friend of the seller. An experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.
