I am writing to file a complaint regarding my car rental with your company. I had reserved a Mercedes E-Class and made full payment as per the agreement. However, upon arrival to collect the vehicle, I was informed that it had been given to someone else, despite my confirmed reservation.

To make matters worse, the car I was finally given was supposed to be full of fuel, but it wasn’t. This is completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund or that I be provided with a vehicle of the same class as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will be forced to take further action to enforce my rights as a customer.

This company is a scam. Never use their services.

I kindly request an urgent response and a prompt resolution to this matter.

I recently had an amazing rental experience with Daniel, the manager at this location. I was lucky to catch him before the end of his shift. He helped me get into my car in under 15 minutes and was polite the whole time. I will continue to only rent with enterprise.

The car I booked wasn't there at pick up time, it was running late from Málaga but the staff at the desk did a great job. Knowledgeable and helpful team, thanks guys.

I know some people have good and bad experiences with hire car companies. In my experience, with this branch of Enterprise, with Nadia's assistance, I received a 5 star service. Nadia was very helpful and informative of necessary information and very polite. It was a pleasure and I shall return to this branch in the future.
