Patricia has helped me with my property tax return for the last two years, and it has gone very smoothly. She is always very prompt, which is something I really value in Spain, and I’ve really appreciated how efficient and reliable she has been throughout the process. Thank you again for all your help!

Hi,
It has been a real pleasure to do business with Patricia at Eureka. She helped me with the Sale of my Spanish apartment in Marbella, so that everything went smoothly and easy. Correct and professional, always available to help and explain, Patricia did a great job.
I'd gladly recommend Eureka Adv for legal assistance when it comes to buying/selling properties in Spain!

Patricia at Eureka was fantastic helping us with the sale of our property, unravelling all the legal requirements and regulations that the process entails.
Friendly, efficient service and ensured everything went smoothly and kept us updated throughout.

I recently sold my property in Fuengirola and thankfully I came across Eureka Advising. Patricia is nothing short of a miracle worker when is comes to property tax law.

As with any property sale, things can get complicated, yet Patricia breezed through it and was always on the ball, keeping me updated at all times.

I would not use anyone else, thank you Eureka Advising.
