Do not go there.
I gave them £800, but only received £645. Nothing was properly explained to me, and I wasn't shown how they calculated the amount. They just made me sign some paperwork without explaining it.
When I realized what had happened, I asked for my money back, but they refused. I complained, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, they called a security guard. As I was leaving, they told me to fill out a complaint form. The only response I kept getting was, "I'm just a worker."
This was a very disappointing experience. In my opinion, the whole process felt like a scam. Please be very careful before using this business.

I was not properly informed of the amount I would receive before signing anything. The staff member rushed the process, asked me to sign, and did not clearly explain the final amount. I only realised afterwards how unfair the rate was. When I tried to question it, I was told the transaction could not be reversed.
This lack of transparency is extremely unprofessional. Customers should always be clearly informed of the exact amount they will receive before any payment is taken.
I have already filled in an official complaint form and I will be submitting this case to the relevant consumer protection authorities for investigation.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
Avoid this shop! As a resident, I can tell you these fees are a rip-off ($300/€214). Stay away from exchange offices in or around train and bus stations. You'll find much better rates in the city center.
For 100$ i got 62€ while official rate should be around 0.8. i understand that it cant be the best rate but difference of 25% seems waaay too much
They are literally stealing people. Pound rate was 1.17 the day I exchanged and he was giving me 63.37 euros while it should be roughly 94.
