A great Ferretería like an Aladin's cave. Staff are very helpful and were very patient with me and my poor Spanish. Definitely will be using them again. I don't understand the negative reviews - all I can say is that a little patience goes a long way.

Save yourself the trip and the hassle of going to these hardware stores. They have absolutely no desire to work, but more importantly, their customer service is terrible and not worth it. They make you go two or three times, and you'll see if you ever return because they forget about your order and think they're doing you a favor by selling to you. The Calle Marmoles branch doesn't open on time, and the Salitre branch: please don't go, you'll regret it. They pass the buck between the two, and you leave with wasted time and appalling service. It's a shame.
Neighborhood hardware store with a great selection and excellent service: friendly, welcoming, etc. I've been a customer for years and have always had a good experience with them.
