The level of customer service and interest shown by a place that's supposed to be selling things is ridiculous.
I thought I'd just pay for tiles and not have to beg to buy them.
I'm a professional, and I sent clients and wasted two days of my time trying to make a purchase. I ended up going to a big-box store because of the terrible service.
At least for bathroom fixtures and tiles, I'll never buy them from this place again. Don't complain about big-box stores; pay close attention to the people running your business. It's very important. They don't care whether a sale is made or not. For that, you have to love what you do and be accountable to the company. Otherwise, you're just waiting until the last day of the month to get paid and you don't care about fulfilling your sales commitments. Many professionals share this opinion, and your sales will drop significantly. Good luck.

Small businesses complain that we all shop at big stores like Obramart, Leroy Merlin, etc. But please, try to do your part. Hire people who are friendly and, very importantly, understanding. A plumber who was in the checkout line had to solve my problem because the cashier practically told me to get lost. And I only asked him a few questions.

A shop specializing in all types of plumbing accessories for bathrooms, kitchens, etc., as well as selling sinks, shower screens, toilets, and accessories. They have several locations in the city of Málaga and the surrounding province. The one on Calle Canales, centrally located and close to the train station, is a prime example of their wide selection, excellent presentation, and outstanding customer service. Prices are in line with the high quality and brands they carry. Highly recommended in every respect.

The experience was not good. The person who assists shows very little initiative to help: if you don't tell them exactly what you're looking for, they don't try to investigate or offer solutions. It seems they don't want to step outside their area of expertise.

I'm Ana Flores. I went to the Proinco store on Canales Street to ask about a toilet seat. During the explanation, Mr. Álvaro didn't even look at me. I was talking to him, and he was attending to the next customer with his back to me. He's a terrible person to new customers. He sent me to Miguel y Porcel del Palo because he said the one on Cuarteles Street had closed. He should get his facts straight because that's not true. Thank goodness I was finally helped at Miguel y Porcel. I have it now, and they were incredibly kind. If this man isn't good at dealing with the public, he should get a job with paperwork. RUDE.
