For me, the service, the conditions, the good manners, and above all, the attention. I have no doubt why it's one of the best flower shops in Coín. A very good experience 🫡

I ordered a bouquet of roses for February 14th, and unfortunately, my experience was not good. I requested a specific arrangement, and what I received was completely different from what I ordered. Furthermore, on the day of pickup, my order wasn't on the list, even though I had received prior confirmation.

The response I received was that they supposedly hadn't confirmed my order (when they had) and that they didn't have any roses available, so I had to wait for more to arrive. I believe that, given the importance of Valentine's Day, they should anticipate their stock levels and better organize orders.

I hope they can improve their management and communication with customers to prevent others from experiencing the same situation.

Yesterday was my anniversary, and I decided to surprise my partner with a special bouquet from Floristería Campano, and I couldn't be happier. From the very first moment, the service was excellent. They helped me choose a beautiful arrangement and made sure everything was perfect.

The flowers were incredibly fresh, and the bouquet was beautifully presented, with a detail and color combination that my partner loved. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and professional, which is always appreciated when you're looking for something special.

I will definitely use them again for future occasions. Highly recommended!
