I'm giving it one star because I can't give less. It was my daughter's birthday, and we had agreed in writing that they would bring her a plant. We agreed that they would let me know so I could pay them via Bizum since I live far away. Imagine my surprise when the hours passed and I couldn't get in touch with them. They completely let me down with something so special. They could at least have given me some notice so I could plan something else.
