I live in Belgium and needed to send a bouquet of flowers to Fuengirola; they have excellent communication. I wasn't disappointed, and it was the first time I ordered from them.
On my birthday, my husband gave me a bouquet of 31 roses from this shop. From the very first moment, the roses didn't look fresh.
The next day, most of the flowers were already wilted, and by the third day, I had to throw the whole bouquet away.
I know perfectly well how to care for roses: I cut the stems properly, changed the water, and followed all the usual recommendations for keeping them in good condition.
It would be fair for the florist to refund me every last penny, although no one can bring back the ruined birthday.
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
Excellent service. They helped me create the bouquet based on my idea, it turned out perfectly and was a huge success. Next-day delivery and a great price. 100% recommended. I would definitely order again.
I called two other florists before them. One told me they didn't deliver, period, and was incredibly unfriendly. The other explained myself well but couldn't deliver. But when you call Nikoflor, you realize they're people who like to do their job well and care about the customer. They immediately found the bouquet I wanted. I sent them the details, and within an hour, I had a beautiful bouquet at the address I requested. Their customer service is a 10 out of 10, and the bouquet, for 50 euros including delivery, is absolutely gorgeous. If you're thinking of buying flowers and you're near them, don't hesitate. A 10 out of 10 in every way. Thank you.
