My experience at this notary's office was very disappointing. The signing of the sale was carried out far too quickly, with a distant, dismissive, and disrespectful attitude from the notary, who offered hardly any explanations and showed little interest in being present during such an important moment. There was a lack of professionalism in basic aspects, such as the organization of the key handover and minimal communication throughout the process. Both my lawyer, who is accustomed to attending numerous signings, and I agreed that it was a very unpleasant and unusual experience. Fortunately, the service at reception was excellent, friendly, and professional.

Personally, I would not choose this notary's office again, nor would I recommend it. I have had much better experiences at other notaries, and after what I experienced today, I could hardly imagine worse service.

Professional service, as a notary should be. The clerk was very attentive, and the facilities were modern, clean, and functional. The notary was professional yet friendly. Municipal parking was conveniently located. Everything was perfect.

Terrible service. I'm giving one star because I can't give zero.
After arriving on the date and time of our appointment, which had been scheduled two weeks in advance, we had to wait, and not only that, other people were let in ahead of us. Ten minutes past our appointment time, which was the first of the afternoon, they had just opened, so they couldn't possibly be late. They called other people in, so we had to keep waiting. How can they schedule different people for the same time?
When we pointed this out at the counter, the person who helped us told us to go to the office ourselves and ask. Completely unprofessional and even worse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

If you make an appointment with this notary, be careful and have some way to prove you were given the appointment.
They gave me an appointment by phone on Thursday for Monday at 10:00 AM to draw up a power of attorney. They took my name, I have the call recorded, and I wrote down the address they gave me. However, when I arrived, they told me I wasn't on their schedule and that they only see clients by appointment. They asked if I was there on behalf of "I don't remember the name" and then if I was there on behalf of a real estate agency. The service was adequate, but they didn't offer any solution, and now I'm worried I won't be able to sign some very important documents that not only affect me but also other members of my family. A total disaster. I didn't stay to insist because it seemed pointless, and I need that time to sort things out so I can try to find another notary for today... impossible, because everyone is there by appointment.

I'm giving them one star because there's no option to give zero. I won't be returning to that notary's office. I don't recommend them. No one at the notary's office took responsibility for their mistake. They issue separate invoices for copies of printed documents.
