Kave Home Málaga

People are nice, but service is below zero. Ordered a design project there, it was done in a week, but after asking for some changes - they just disappeared and appeared again after a month.

During waiting - ordered a mattress there, it was delivered after a week, but wasn’t good enough, so I have requested return and refund and still waiting since 25th of October when they will collect it and I get refunded…

Definitely it recommended place.

I love wandering Kave's showroom and admiring their designs. I just bought a new place in Malaga and have been looking forward to working with their design team and furnishing my new home!

2 times and never again. I had to pay everything weeks in advance when I ordered in the shop in Malaga. But the delivery service is simply incapable. The first time in August I was running after them, so that they kept the promised delivery period, this time they are not able to plan in advance so that the delivery window can be kept as small and convenient as possible for the customer. Instead, they insist keeping you tied to your house e.g. from December 22 - 29 (which was my vacation period). And then they choose a time for the delivery at which will not be in Malaga any more... I WILL NEVER EVERY SPEND A SINGLE EURO AT KAVE HOME, NOWHERE, NOT IN MALAGA NOR IN SWITZERLAND OR ANYWHERE ELSE.

I think their customer service is very kind and tried their best. However, We ordered a table and 6 chairs. One arrived broken. They were super kind and offered to exchange. Exchange took longer but it was still pleasant. New chair that arrived was different color. Then they changed again but it arrived another color too. I understand wood is different but we paid a lot for the whole set. And now one chair looks completely different. We bought this for lifetime and It will keep bothering me each time I look at it. We decided to keep it because if we return we will have only 5 chairs left but I would be hesitant buying a wood product again from Kave Home. Overall, I appreciate their customer service, they tried their best.

I used the interior design package with Kave home and had a great experience. Pablo was my interior designer and he was a pleasure to deal with.
I flew in from Ireland for my in person appointment. I was tied for time but Pablo was amazing and knew exactly what I needed and wanted. He listened to me and had great suggestions. Things I wouldn’t have thought of myself. After the meeting he pulled all the items together ant sent them in a 3d presentation which gave me a great picture. The communication process was seamless and all my questions were answered promptly . I would highly recommend this service and Pablo.
