Unreliable, we notified them (Juan-Jose) that we sold our insured property, and they continued to send direct debit invoice for renewals, because they never notified the insurance company to cancel the policy and not to renew again. Better go directly to the insurance company, a broker like this one can only cause problems because of their negligence.
