Watch out!!!! A gorgeous apartment on Avenida Andalucía... pets allowed and all... €800... ahhh, perfect!!!! She hit the jackpot!!!!! But, but, but... these people here are asking for €800 in real estate fees... something that's illegal since 2023. I sent her the law via WhatsApp and she won't reply anymore!!!! Hahahaha. They can scam their aunt!!!!
