Was given their number by El Corte Ingles to repair my saivod refrigerator. Called them. They said they get back to me. They never got back. Not they are not answering the phone. Useless.

My refrigerator (a Midea) broke down, and I contacted them on a Wednesday afternoon. The following Tuesday morning, a technician came and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Some wires had broken (a manufacturing defect). He said I was lucky. Sometimes he has to order another circuit board, which usually takes a couple of days. It didn't cost me anything because it was still under warranty. They have nine technicians working throughout the province.

THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO REPAIR.
I was sent here by El Corte Inglés in Mijas-Costa to have a Saivod microwave repaired. They said they could only replace the motor because they are no longer an authorized Saivod service center for El Corte Inglés and there are no longer any spare parts for older Saivod models. I had to pay €15 upfront. Since the motor wasn't getting power, they said it was the motherboard. If they had removed the casing, they would have found a loose wire connected to its plug. I took the casing apart at home to find the motherboard part number and found it directly.
I don't care about the €15 I paid Rubén. They are incompetent and don't deserve to be recommended by El Corte Inglés...and I'm going to tell them so.
