Booked an apartment managed by Fresh Landings via booking.com. Apartment was really convenient but away from the noise of the centre of Malaga. We were on Alameda Principal. Everything was great. Staff in the office were friendly and helpful, and they even allow a bag drop after you check out.

We had a really good experience with our Fresh Landing apartment booking through booking.com. Antonio and Irina were really kind and helpful during our stay. We were able to keep our bags there after checkout and they gave us some good recommendations of local places. The apartment we stayed at Plaza Felix Saenz was clean and comfortable and the location was great. We had a very enjoyable stay while visiting Malaga.

Clean accommodation in an old building within walking distance from the city center.

Pros
- fresh renovation
- equipped kitchen

General cons
- second floor without an elevator with a high staircase - this is an inconvenient factor when you have heavy luggage with you
- very hard mattress, impossible to sleep on
- lack of even one single capsule for washing in the kitchen

Key cons that made me urgently refuse the accommodation and resort to the help of AirBNB support service
- very thin walls in the house: you hear literally everything that happens in the apartment next door
- I would say, antisocial neighbors
-- constant noise and hubbub, yelling at children in the evening until midnight; incessant noise from 6 am. One weekday they turned up the music and opened the door to the apartment, which increased the noise level in the apartment
-- lack of hygiene from the neighbors: in the morning there was a large garbage bag on the landing, smelling of used diapers. In the afternoon there was another full garbage bag.

I immediately contacted the host, to which they replied that "we talked to the neighbors." In fact, the neighbors continued making noise and I listened to a sufficient number of unflattering comments addressed to me behind a closed door.

Do not contact this accommodation and this host if you do not want to ruin your visit to Malaga
