The worst vehicle transfer agency I've seen in a long time.
I transferred a vehicle remotely due to unforeseen circumstances. They initially gave me a price, but when it came time to send the documents, they sent them via MRW, charging me €18 for two pages, with postage due upon delivery.

I picked up the documents and discovered that MRW charges €10.90 for this type of shipment.

I discussed the situation with María, who manages the vehicle transfer department, and her solution was that I wouldn't receive the documents until I paid.

They failed to inform clients about these additional charges.

Extremely poor management, and I will be filing a claim for the €18 with the consumer protection agency for not notifying clients of these types of fees.

This agency is a disgrace.
