Yesterday I made a second car transfer and both times have been very good, both in terms of the service, which was excellent, and the speed with which they handled the process. They were very friendly and, above all, very professional.

I changed the name on my motorcycle over three months ago, and they still haven't sent me the paperwork, even though I had to call several times. The first time they told me it was lost, then they said the post office had returned it, then it arrived by courier without warning, and they told me it would cost €14 and that since I didn't have the exact amount, they had to take it back. When I called the agency, they told me it was my problem and that they didn't care that I didn't have the paperwork. I live 1000 km away because I'm from Asturias, but honestly, it makes you want to hop on a plane and give the owner a piece of your mind. I recommend you don't do any paperwork at that place.
Thankfully there are people who advise you not to use a consultancy, and I was thinking of going through it, but after seeing what happened, it's better to look for another one.
Thank you for your attention and patience. On a Thursday at 8:30 PM, we had a problem with the transfer from the buyer, and they were understanding and kind. I highly recommend them.
