Grupo Bravo

I left my bag containing passports, money, credit cards and other valuables on the coach. I was frantic as you can imagine ! The driver handed my bag in at the office and the office contacted out rep. I collected the bag everything there what a relief. I can not thank the team at Bravo enough they rescued our holiday I will never forget the teams honesty and help. Thank you team Bravo 👏

We travelled with Jet2 holidays & our transfer from Malaga airport to resort was with Grupo Bravo. Unfortunately, we left our jackets on the coach & didn’t realise till the coach had left. Assumed they would be found & handed in but bizarrely they disappeared. We contacted the company several times & included photos of both jackets & the fact they were above the seats directly behind the driver.
The only assumption was that they were stolen by an employee of this company.
The theft was reported to the local police as we had to claim on our travel insurance but very disappointing that they employee such dishonest staff.

I booked my trip via shuttle direct. My bus never showed up. After many emails with shuttledirect with proof of call where in the middle of the night I tried to call you on numbers outside working hours without you answering. I still wonder why you are referring to a number as you never answer when the customer calls. I even wrote on what's up and wondered where my bus is. My message has been seen and read but still no response.

This bus company is the worst service I have ever received. This is the company that Holiday World Polynesia (Benalmadina Spain) uses for their transfers. You cannot change your booking once booked. They take over 2 hrs to get you to your hotel. They charge three times as much as an Uber or taxi that takes only 25mins for the same trip. The bus driver used bad words at my 10 year old child, there manners are disgusting and they blame their clients because they cannot read a booking paper. Stay away from this company and MTS Incoming S.L/ MTS Global / Bravo Transfers/ Bravo Buses that does the bookings. They are borderline criminal with very bad business practices.

We booked a tour at Tangier, Morocco, from Marbella, at 150 euros each. Bravo Tours consigned us to a moroccan “guide” who made us spend all of the time allotted in the shops of some business associated friends of his. They tried to make us ride dromedaries; sell us “medicinal” herbs and teas (at five euros per pack, the same packs were sold for 20 dirhams - about 2 euros - in the shop next door; then buy crockery and silverplated knickknacks. We complained to the spanish tour leader, who shrugged it off with a “when here in Morocco, I can do nothing”.
Avoid this agency like the plague.
