A dreadful Company! I just found out that apparently they have been my insurance brokers for a Generali home insurance policy - yet in 24 years, never any communication & they just take the annual premium from my bank account without notification! When I try & complain about this & question a 15% premium increase (never a claim made in 24 years!) they ignore you. I consider them to have a complete lack of customer service &, personally, I do not like their business approach. MY ADVICE: steer well clear! If I could give zero stars I would and cannot wait to move to a better company.
