Grupo Torres is head and shoulders above everybody else. During my long career, I've had to move house many times and in quite a few different countries. I can tell you that for the first time ever, I've have been really impressed with an Estate Agent. Grupo Torres sold both my flat and house very quickly. However, what made them outshine all the other Estate Agents I have used before, is their outstanding level of service. They dealt efficiently and effectively with all the paperwork. Selling a property is stressful enough, nevermind all the bureaucracy involved. Grupo Torres did all of it. So, if you are looking to buy or sell a property stress-free, you now know where to go.

Thoroughly dishonest agency that cannot be trusted. In November of 2023 I responded to an ad placed by Grupp Torres on Idealista website for an apartment for rent. I subsequently saw the property, and mostly liked it but had a few pending questions regarding whether the apartment was quiet (especially at night) and whether certain things inside the apartment important to me were working properly. The agent showing me the property assured me that the place is super quiet and that it has double-pane windows that block out all of noise and that the apartment had just been renovated and everything is working properly. The apartment was renting for way more than it should be given the location and the building type but it suited my needs and I signed the lease for it. When I moved in, I noticed that the apartment had never been cleaned, that everything that could possibly be broken, was broken, and most importantly, not only is the apartment NOT quiet, it's a nightmare, because (1) the plaza that it faces is essentially a de-facto children's playground with yelling screaming kids using it to play most of the day, but especially between 6pm and 8pm, there is a restaurant that is open until midnight almost every night and there's again screaming and yelling kids on the plaza till after midnight, and the windows in the apartment are so poorly designed that all the sounds go right inside. Long story short -- avoid Gruppo Torres at all costs!!!

Jesús Martínez has been an example of transparency, humility, and patience. After a year, everything was finally resolved. His collaboration was crucial in closing the sale successfully for both parties.
