Our first time visiting, our daughter enjoyed it which of course is the most important point, however a few points…
1. When you enter there is no signage of where to go or what to do… there were a huge amount of people around , so we just joined the line and hoped for the best. They need a welcome sign and explanation of where to go to buy your wrist band to enter and a separate line for birthday parties would be beneficial.
2. Barely any food or drink available, only two pizzas to choose from and if you want coffee it’s from a paper cup out of the machine.
3. If you have two hours it is not easy to get back in, the kids have a QR code on the wrist band, but it doesn’t open the gate more than once. Also unless your there super early and lucky enough for a table by the play area, it’s impossible to know when your child wants to come out as the tables are all so far back.
4. There are monitors present inside but not really controlling or helping any kids, more just having a chat.
5. It often loses power in the whole place and is absolutely freezing!
