In other words, I went to exchange a €135 handbag and the shocking thing was that there are no refunds, and on top of that, the voucher they give you is only valid for SIX months. If you don't use it within that time, you lose it. Can someone explain to me who came up with such an idea? I will never buy from them again, give them as a gift, or recommend them.
Whenever my partner and I go, we're treated very professionally. The girl with short white hair is a tireless and highly professional worker. She always manages to get us what we need and what we like. We'll be back.
