I'm giving one star because it won't let me give it a star. I'm only going to talk about the service at this store, in Plaza Mayor. I've conveniently purchased two pans on different occasions, and the sales service has been very good. A year and a half after purchase, one of the pans started to look strange on the surface, so I went to the store to explain it and request a repair (I didn't mean for it to be under warranty because I didn't think it was still valid). They responded that they could request the warranty, and that I send photos and the purchase receipt. I did, and today I received a WhatsApp message from customer service informing them that what happened to me was due to improper use of the stove. This isn't true (they don't live in my house and don't know how I use the stove), but if they had, they would have noticed that the stove doesn't heat up above 5 degrees. Anyway, I wasn't expecting to use the warranty, just to be told where to take it so it could be fixed because what's on the surface is clearly not normal. Well, no response. I don't recommend buying from this store at least (I haven't had any other experience with the brand) because the first time something happens to you, they wash their hands of it.
