I can confirm it’s easier to apply for a mortgage and buy a home than to even arrange a viewing for a long-term rental through this agency. Last year, I had to submit multiple documents and paperwork, only to be denied the chance to even view a property. They even requested bank statements (again this was just to view the property). In the end, buying a home genuinely turned out to be more straightforward. Reflecting on that experience recently prompted me to leave this review. Renters really do face an uphill battle with agencies like this.

100% recommend. Pablo was really helpful, always available to answer my questions, very professional and helpful from start to beginning.
I have dealt with quite a few real estate agent in Spain and through my experience I always thought that they weren't very profesionnal until this real estate agency. I was even surprised. In my opinion, they even have the best listings than other real estate.

I had very pleasant experience with Hi Nerja and it's realtor Pablo, while searching a place for rent. Hi level service, all was easy and fast. Thanks to Pablo I could find appartment of my dream! Highly recommended!
