The best gym in the world! Both for the quality and price, and for the friendly approach from the coaches. They're always making sure you're doing the exercises with the correct technique, but above all, they motivate you to train hard and with high intensity. Without a doubt, it's my second home.

Excellent atmosphere, the trainers are fantastic and always encourage you to push your limits. They have an app that makes it very easy to book the class you want, as they have a wide range of class times. In short, for me, it's a great discovery this year and I 100% recommend it, especially if, like me, it's your first time training.

At HIFT Iron Box, they teach you, motivate you, and help you reach your full potential, transforming what seems like a tough sport into something fun and enjoyable. During workouts, they're always there to help, and the atmosphere is simply incredible. It's also a very affordable box considering everything it offers.
