We were traveling in our old Mercedes Vario 814D motorhome and needed urgent help. While all the other garages turned us away, this one gave us the opportunity to come in without an appointment to change the oil filter.
The service was extremely fast and professional. In addition to changing the filter, they checked and topped up all the fluids without us even asking. It was a thoughtful touch that demonstrates true dedication and customer care.
We don't speak any Spanish and could only communicate with an online translator. Despite the language barrier, they treated us with great kindness, patience, respect, and complete transparency. They explained everything clearly, and we felt in very good hands at all times.
Furthermore, the prices were more than fair. The value for money is excellent.
Thanks to their help, we can now continue our trip with peace of mind. We recommend this garage without hesitation!
