I bought 4 blinds, all in gray, on the website. I made the purchase, and when they arrived, 2 were one color and 2 were another. I tried to contact them and they didn't respond at all, so the after-sales service is the worst there is. I don't recommend buying from this site.
Terrible after-sales service and a complete lack of care in packaging orders. Mine arrived completely destroyed because they didn't use proper packaging and reused a box. They even send damaged products knowingly. Never buy from here.
I wanted to know about this store. I'm waiting for an order that hasn't arrived, and they're not answering the phone. Very bad service.
