Hospiten Estepona

We arrived at the hospital at approximately 5:00 a.m. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Most of the staff appeared tired and obviously sleepy .

The doctor who attended us seemed uninterested. Her demeanor was neither reassuring nor professional, which is particularly concerning in a pediatric setting where children need to feel safe and comfortable. Much of the interaction was left to a young assistant, who was friendly and polite, but the doctor herself appeared to have little involvement.

The examination lasted only a few minutes and felt very superficial. I did not feel that my child was thoroughly assessed or that we were receiving attentive medical care. As a parent, it is important to feel confident that your child is in capable and caring hands, and unfortunately, that was not the case during our visit. I will not go to this hospital again .
*And the receptionist was more concerned that u pay in advance then anything else .

When I arrived at Urgencias I was very sick, and in a lot of pain. The medical staff quickly started the process of diagnosis, followed by treatment. Within a few hours of my arrival I was a lot more comfortable. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital. My care was excellent from every one there (doctors, nurses, cleaners, catering). I think I am not exagerating when I say they probably saved my life. Thank you Hospiten. Your care was outstanding.

I have just received further treatment from Hospiten. This time for cataracts. The service and care was just as good this time. Thank you Hospiten. Excellent work.

I can’t recommend this medical centre highly enough. The efficiency is outstanding — I’ve visited many times and have never waited more than five minutes past my scheduled appointment.

I’ve also been admitted twice, and on both occasions the care and service were exemplary. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, with a large couch that allows a family member or carer to stay overnight comfortably.

A consistently excellent experience — thank you to all the staff.

I am in this hospital since Tuesday evening.dr Sanz is wonderful and also the urgency team wasbeurt good. But I am here already 4 days. The people from the reception
Upstairs planta 1 are not interested in their patients enough. When asked aquestion they are visibly upset that you dare to need help while they are entertaining each other. I came by ambulance. There is a gown to put on in thehospitak, but no one helps to put it on. Two days material ask for a clean one. They put one on the opposite of the room and leave. The gown is roto, broken. I am asthmatic and need medication. Doctor orders it because he sees I can not breath well. The nurses did not come with the nebulador and medication before I requested 3 hours later. I invite you to come visit me if you have questions. I will have to be here another few days

Dr Sosa yesterday was excellent. He gives each patient the time that is needed. I value this as he was interested in my back problem. If you’re looking for a welcoming Dr with a great sense of humour look no further. He is concise and direct which I appreciate. He gives you the facts and a road map to work with. Great to have met such a nice Dr !
