Hotel Benabola Puerto Banús

Location

Perfect location at the entrance of the marina. Close to restaurants, bars, taxi stops, and beaches. About 20–25 minutes on foot to the main bus station. Despite being central, it is on a quiet street with no noise at night.

Facilities

Clean and well-kept. The hotel has a small market with basic items and a sky bar with stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere. Not ideal if you are looking for a party vibe. The only thing missing is a pool, though with the location it may not be necessary.

Room

Spacious room with an amazing view. The bathroom was also very large. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Staff

Generally good, but sometimes staff did not even greet when entering or leaving the hotel.

Prices

On the expensive side, but considering the comfort and location, it may be justified.

Terrible experience. Despite having a prepaid reservation, I was not checked in without any clear explanation. This happened on February 6 at 9:30 PM, and I had to urgently look for another hotel.

At the reception, I was told to contact them by email regarding the refund. I did so immediately, but almost three weeks have passed and there has been no response. Complete disregard from the hotel.

I consider this treatment of guests unacceptable. I do not recommend dealing with this hotel.

Very disappointing experience at Benabola Hôtel.
My stay at Benabola Hotel in Puerto Banús was extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and rude, especially the receptionists who were shockingly vulgar and unhelpful. I expected much better service from a hotel in such a location, but the attitude and behavior of the personnel completely ruined the experience. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant or respectful stay.OMG 2 HOURS FOR THE CHECKING !!

You book a 2 bedrooms appartement and you have to pay for the kids extra charges of 30 euros…
Beds are very very small 0,8 and 1,40 in master room
You have to clean kitchen bfr departure otherwise 30 euros charges

Benabola not the same as before…
Check in with an old man took me 30mn for 4 passeport and get very nervous when i said it takes very long time …
Check out at 11:30 but they start calling non stop from 11…

Great room for a great price! Room was clean, well stocked, and had a great AC location (blows directly on the bed). They have a mini-mart with some snacks and simple commodities. Shoutout to John! (Friendly, ready for my arrival, answered all questions satisfactorily, and helped me find my way around). Will definitely come back when I return to Marbella!
