everything was fine.

the staff polite, professional and smiling.
the room is old but not worn out.
you have access to the new gym complex, which is awesome (I went to gyms in 7 countries in europe and asia).

I would come again. I will.

The location was great not too far from the roads easy to get there.
But everything else was unpleasant, on our arrival the receptionist were not friendly at all and not helpful I could describe her as she doesn't like the tourists or guests.
But the man at the breakfast area were more grumpy and annoying with all the guests not only with us.

The rooms are outdated. The breakfast room is small and crowded. Not easy to move between tables.
Not a big variety of selection of food.
The hall was nice.

Sorry but we were really unhappy with the service

The hotel complex looked beautiful however our visit was only for the restaurant. We had really been looking forward to our meal for a special occasion and ordered Ribeye steak, medium to well done and lamb chops. Unfortunately what we received was a real disappointment- hardly any chips on the plate and my partners steak arrived without vegetables, the steak was raw.. dripping with blood and the lamb cannot have seen the pan.: it was raw! We did complain but was met with unsatisfactory resolution. We were really disappointed with the meal and service and we will not be returning. Such a shame.

Been visiting for a second time. Great staff, especially at the restaurant. The rooms are good, nothing to luxurious but good beds and decent bathroom is all I need. Restaurant is good as well, although missing some vegetarian option, but I guess that comes with the Spanish lifestyle.

Charming but more of a 3 stars hotel. Seems like a great location for a wedding but for a normal stay it would need some renovations to really be a 4 stars hotel.
Parking was a nightmare, and we waited more than 25 minutes in line to do the check in. Comfortable bed but room amenities outdated. They start working on the garden early and woke us up with leaf blowers and machine sounds.
We paid 81 euros, so at least a reasonable price
Very close to the train station
