David at the front desk was very nice & helpful!

Lobby scent could be improved!

Scent on room floors terrific!!

Sisal carpet on room floors looks nice, is easy to walk on AND keeps hallway noise down, GREAT WORK on selecting that for your flooring!

The "premium room with a view" is a great room with a close-up view of the Iglesia de San Juan (church) across the street!

Toilet trash can in 35 is missing the foot pedal, only a wire is showing where to press to open the top.

Room doors closing in the hallway are loud and tend to shake the walls. There ARE signs asking guests to close doors slowly but they don't comply.

Breakfast not a buffet. Order from a fixed menu but with lots of delicious items. Unlimited coffee, juices, muffins, sandwich from a large list and either eggs, pancakes or yogurt parfait. Plenty to eat!

This is our 2nd stay at the Malaga Premium and its location is ideal. The reception and breakfast service staff were very good. We would of preferred cups / mugs in the room for hot drinks / Tea or coffee. The air conditioning worked well. Overall we were very satisfied.

We had a lovely stay. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is in a good location, with a few minutes walk to tourist sites and shopping. Lovely Bars and Restaurants nearby. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Breakfast not very appealing and not adequate. There is plenty of Room for a Buffet style Breakfast. Only one person taking Orders and serving who was very good but not enough. It’s quite dark in appearance.

Lovely hotel , very close to the centre of the old town. Everything walkable. Rooftop bar was great. Friendly staff , especially the young man in the bar for breakfast. Breakfast was ok but would of preferred more choices
