I had a great time in this clean and well-stocked shop! Great vibe and friendly people! Nice collection of leading brands, along with some excellent markdowns on seasonal and low-stock items. I bought a pair of shoes and will eagerly refer my friends. Enjoy!

Terrible
My experience with this shop was completely horrendous. Their is a large gap in miscommunication, no hospitality and service was provided if anything the workers were blunt and rude. My cousin went by the shop this afternoon and bought an overpriced pair of shoes called converse, not long after reevaluating his purchase, my cousin decided that he didn’t really need the shoe so he wanted to return the it, in which refunds are an essential customary expected in any shop, so he spoke to the manager and explained. To start off the manager was not being straight forward and it seemed like he was making up rules of his own because his response was ridiculous, according to him there is only one option and that is to exchange it to another shoe of the same price. No refunds, which is absurd, no clarification before the purchase was given about this rule, there isn’t even a sign and to make matters worse after I tried reasoning with the manager he began screaming and yelling at both me and my cousin which to add is an eleven year old minor that should not be compromised to such passive aggressive and rude behavior. No comprising, nothing the manager decided to forbid us from even exchanging the shoe which is a gross abuse of power and now we are left with a pair of knock of shoes, I would never recommend this place as a destination for shoe shopping overall it has terrible service and to be honest the shoes lack authenticity, they are damaged, possibly used and tacky. Utterly and completely a scam if I could give it zero stars I would, til now we have not received our money back!!

I was in the store a few days ago, clothes and sneakers that are difficult to find in my country, a lovely girl with short hair and glasses helped me, I forgot to ask her what her name was, she advised me about some sneakers and it was a great success, I’ll come back!!!
