Hotel Riu Palace Nautilus

Booked with tui, first impressions were wow. We booked a accessible room and was Surpsied how lovely and well laid out it was. It didn’t feel like an accessible room. Bathroom was amazing., the best wetroom we’ve seen in a hotel.
The staff were helpful and nothing was too much. The food was good, lots of choice. Location was great. Lots of bars near by. Highly recommended and we will definitely return

Enjoyed an 11 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Loved the purple and grey theme throughout. Room was big with excellent sized wardrobes, plenty of hangers and nice deep drawers for all holiday clothes to be put away. Fantastic sized bathroom with walk in shower. Fantastic sink with counter top space. Rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless. Hotel overall was lovely and clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Food was a good choice and nice and hot. We found the sunbeds uncomfortable for a day. Although they did provide a good amount that were in the shade and a good amount in full sun. The snack bar had excellent service and nice food and drink choices. Hotel in the most perfect position to walk into the harbour of Benalmadena in 10 mins or to walk the opposite way more into Torremolinos. We understand the hotel is going to be renovated during its closed winter months and re open as a 5 star.

What a fantastic Hotel. We were immediately welcomed with a cool glass of prosecco while waiting with a few others to check in. Unaware we had booked a basic room, however the very helpful receptionist upgraded our booking and off we went to the annex. No disappointment here. Hotel decor is absolutely amazing, and immaculate. Our Huge twin beds were a welcome sight and we we delighted with our room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. It only got better from here. ALL staff are very courteous and helpful going out of their way helping in all situations. We had a little wander before heading to the pool. A busy place but ( for a bigger lady) I certainly didn't feel uncomfortable. Excellent pool area, lovely pool side cafe for snacks, which were delicious. Dressed for dinner we were a little unsure ( as you are on your first day) but again staff noticed our hesitancy and came to offer guidance. WOW what a fabulous selection of food - everything from salads, salmon with dabs of caviar, sushi, so, so, so many I exaggerate not. Mains - cicken, beef dishes, fish - different every day, paella, vegetables, vegetarian options - the list is truly endless. Desserts mmm - their cold rice pudding was absolutely delicious, mousse, fruit - incredible mini size cakes, sweet pastries.
All if this AND more every day with friendly, attentive service from the duty manager down.
I'd be surprised if you were disappointed in anything. OH indoor pool - spa area, gym - please don't take me home too early. Loved it - I know you will too.

The place was great. All Staff from reception including Xaviour who looked after us so well with our accommodation , all restaurant staff especially Marco, chefs, cleaners were all so polite, kind and cheerful. It was great to see the 2no principal managers always on board to welcome us on our way in or at the tables to talk to everyone. It was a relaxing , quiet, good energy holiday for us. we were here earlier in the year and it was the same, hence our return. Choice of food at buffet was good, Andalusian Ole dinner was great with great wine. We look forward to going back when the renovations are completed.

Excellent hotel now it has been refurbished. Food is amazing. No English TV while resting in my room, All other languages. Staff friendly. Definitely go back
