I would give 0 stars if I could. Quote given was more than double other companies for the same level of insurance. I was told only the upfront cost was available and there were no other options for payment instalments.
Absolutely certain they were trying to take me for a ride as a non-Spanish resident. Found much cheaper elsewhere that accepted instalment plans for insurance payments. Proceed with caution and do your homework before using.

Polite, helpful, prompt and multilingual.
I have used Hypotiemda for 4 years. I have made claims, which have been dealt with quickly and helpfully. When you call you are answered quickly, no press this or that, and you speak to the same people each time.
