I Love Pilates

Very grateful to have found I Love Pilates while staying in Málaga. 🙏🏼 Highly recommend taking a session or more if you’re in the area.

Olga is a gracious professional and her classes are welcoming. She is attentive and patiently explained the postures since I only understand a little Spanish.

I took both mat and studio pilates and yin yoga which really helped me to stay energized and have some needed focus time for the body. 🧘‍♀️❤️

Despite the class being in Spanish, Olga made an amazing effort to teach me Studio Pilates in English. The session was perfect to work on my posture and she really focused on the areas where I had trouble (my hollow back), showing me modifications and helping me throughout the exercises.

In short, I really loved the class and highly recommend it to anyone who is into Pilates, wants to learn Pilates or visits Malaga and is up for a new challenge!

The classes are very comprehensive, dynamic, and engaging. The classroom is always tidy. Professor Olga is a very effective teacher, clearly demonstrates her expertise in the subject, and is always attentive to her students.

I've been taking Pilates classes with Olga for about four or five years now, and I can honestly say it's one of those things that truly makes a difference in my life. Olga is a fantastic professional who pampers both your body and mind. She's attentive to you throughout the entire class and adapts perfectly to your individual circumstances. I take mat classes because that's what's best for my back. Each class is different and very varied. Since I started Pilates, my back doesn't hurt like it used to, I've corrected my posture, and I'm much stronger—all from the inside out. And let me tell you, we really push ourselves! I'm incredibly grateful to continue growing physically, personally, and mentally with I Love Pilates!
