We would simply like to remind you that you forgot to mention one small detail. You contacted the owner and rented directly from him the year after booking with Iguatemi. Even so, we continued to provide you with the keys to the property since the owner was in Denmark.
Disaster and completely unprofessional. They kept us waiting an hour for our appointment only to tell us the advertised property wasn't available (unbelievable). It was a total lack of respect for people, wasting their valuable time. And frankly, the most important thing is the professionalism of the staff, which left much to be desired.
I do not recommend them.
After several years of renting a holiday home, they left us without it 14 days before our vacation. Little empathy and very little shame, not to mention the non-solutions these "professionals" offered us; there are no words to describe them.
Very friendly and making it easy to both search for and buy any property.
