About this business

About the neighbourhood: Ciudad Jardín

Compact residential district north-east of the centre, originally laid out in the 1920s as a low-density garden suburb on the El Limonar–Puerto de la Torre axis. Today it's a mix of restored early-20th-century villas and post-war apartment blocks, organised around Plaza Mayor de Ciudad Jardín. The MA-20 ring road runs to the north. Connected to the city centre by several bus lines in 10-15 minutes; pedestrians can reach the centre along Avenida Jorge Silvela in around 25 minutes.

Relatively easy walk, it js just a road/path the whole way but doesn't end anywhere interesting. At the top after 1hr30 it ends at a private property with no views of the city at all. But if after that point you go right on the road it will take you to a restaurant 'Venta El Boticario' and from there is a view of the city and ocean.

Absolutely loved taking a hike there. Lots of runners and mountain bikers on the course. Great way to get a break from city life.
