I was so unlucky to drop my phone on the floor and then broke the screen, sent a message to José on WhatsApp his company number ,during the siesta, (i forgot it was siesta)and he replied right away, he wrote: bring the phone when I open at 5:00 PM and I'll fix it in an hour :! He's just amazing!! Several people in my family have used this store/ and are all very happy! 10 out of 10 welcoming, gentle and helpful, fast and accurate, very good job ! super happy 🤗

Seriously….. excellent service from Jose at Ink & Chips!! Screen on iPhone died while on holidays! Disaster! All I could think of was … my boarding pass to get home! Found this place and headed up from the beach bar we'd gone to to see if they could help.,
Really friendly and helpful service and he told me the price of replacing the phone screen (I had to sit down! 🤣).
Although insured I figured it was probably easier to sort this back home. So, instead we asked for the cheapest smart phone as a short term option.
He was great advising and was so helpful and I managed to get a smart phone for just €79.
Can't really go wrong at that price can you! ☺️
Would definitely recommend.
