My experience with Tyra was really good. She was extremely nice and professional . She spoke both fluent English and Spanish, which was amazing , she showed us the house and gave us all the necessary details that we seek, she also shared many other good options in the area we are looking at. The follow up and communication is very professional .. i highly recommend casa plus inmobiliaria and specially Tyra 🙏

Residential district immediately north of the centre, on the right bank of the Guadalmedina river. It includes the neighborhoods of Olletas, La Trinidad and Capuchinos. The area is mostly mid-rise apartment blocks with strong local market culture — the Mercado de la Merced and Mercado de Capuchinos are within or just outside its borders. Walkable to the historic centre across the river in under 15 minutes, and served by several bus lines.

Working with this real estate agency has been fantastic. Everything they handled was quick and easy. They're experts at processing paperwork. It's a shame we didn't know they could have handled our inheritance; it would have made everything much faster. Thanks to Ana and the whole team. We give you a 10 out of 10!
I want to express my immense gratitude to the real estate agency for their professional and attentive work. Thanks to Antonio, we have found a home that fully meets our expectations.
I would especially like to highlight their responsibility, honesty, and support throughout the paperwork process.
We highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and very friendly professionals.
Excellent experience with Casa Plus. Tyra was incredibly kind from the very beginning and handled everything very quickly. She was always available to answer our questions and arranged viewings to suit our schedules, showing us the apartment separately so we could both see it. A friendly and highly professional service. Highly recommended!
