INNOVACASA and it’s staff were invaluable with their good advice and remarkably efficient service both when we purchased property and then rented it in Rincón de la Victoria. Margare and her commend of English language made everything go very smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Margare and her staff for all your real estate needs. Love them! ❤️

In 2015 we bought our new house through them. They took care of all the details, paperwork and they even took charge of details such as the electricity and water supply changes. Everything was clearly explained and there were no last-minute surprises. The whole process went through without a hitch.
At the same time we put our flat for sale with them and within a couple of months we had sold it, again with no problems.
A very profesional service by some very nice people.
We've known the Innovacasa team for years, ever since we sold our flat and bought a house ten years ago. At that time they did a great job and impressed us with their competence and positive attitude. Now we've just bought another property, in a purchase that was fraught with potential difficulties (a non resident seller, Covid restrictions etc) but which they always went the extra mile to find solutions for. And for those who don't speak Spanish they can provide services in English. Highly recommended!
We bought our holiday home from Innovacasa in 2017. Gisela was our contact person there. She was amazing throughout the entire buying process. She was always available for questions and support. Gisela and Innovacasa still continues to provide support and advice with builders etc. Five star service all the way, would highly recommend them.
it is impossible to work with them...you wait, not very serious...look for another real estate agency
