The attentive service from the entire team is one of the store's defining characteristics. Anabel, in particular, is a true professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about her customers. She anticipates their needs, guides them, and advises them on what best suits their tastes. I've been visiting this store for several years now because of its selection of quality fashion and its wonderful employees.

I just spent over €300 in the store and received the worst treatment from a store manager towards a customer that I have ever witnessed. It was horrendous. I absolutely do not recommend hiring anyone to work in customer service if they don't know how to deal with people.

I wish to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received at the Interdit store in the Málaga outlet, following a first experience that, at the time, proved unsatisfactory. My dissatisfaction stemmed not from the staff's treatment—which was always polite and respectful—but from my lack of awareness of the company's sales policy, which does not allow for exchanges or returns. This is unusual for most stores and, as this was my first purchase, it took me completely by surprise.

However, what is truly significant—and what motivates this positive review—is the impeccable performance of the store manager, who contacted me directly and provided constant, personalized follow-up on the matter. Today I had the opportunity to speak with her in person and was able to confirm not only her excellent attitude but also her high level of professionalism.

Her respectful language, her demeanor, and especially her nonverbal communication demonstrate a solid background in the retail sector and a deep understanding of customer service.
