Visited the Samsonite store at Plaza Mayor and had a fantastic experience. Antonio went above and beyond to help me find the right luggage, taking the time to walk me through the differences between models and making sure I left with exactly what I needed. Knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful… the kind of service that’s hard to find. Highly recommend this store and ask for Antonio if you can!

I had a truly excellent shopping experience at the Samsonite store in Malaga Designer Outlet today.
I would especially like to thank Jose, Melba, and Alfiya for their professionalism and for taking the time to explain every detail so clearly.
Their attentive and friendly approach made the entire experience seamless and very enjoyable.
