New Balance

bought "new balance" for around 90 eur, they started unglue after 1 month of non-daily use. cheap quality as you would have on 20-30 eur shoes. surprisingly bad for original new balance store. don't recommend them anymore. also they small very bad, some mix of resin and chemicals after each use

I bought a pair of New Balance shoes and after only seven months they broke with normal use. When I went back to the store to complain about the shoes I had the receipt with me, but despite that the staff refused to help me or take responsibility for the problem.
I am very disappointed with both the quality of the shoes and the way my case was handled. As a customer I expect a product in this price range to last longer than seven months and that complaints are handled in a professional manner.
Unfortunately this experience has meant that I will not be buying New Balance shoes again, and I cannot recommend them to others based on my experience.

Bought shoes worth €90 for €63. Forty-five minutes later, we walked by again and found the shoes in the window for €50.40. We showed the receipt and wanted the difference in price. The manager insisted he needed the box we'd left with them to pay us, which is utter nonsense because we had the receipt and didn't return anything, only wanted the difference in price. Very poor service from this store, and especially from the manager.

I'm not giving it zero stars because I can't. This review is for whoever you have in charge. This afternoon, around 2 PM, the most arrogant, least competent, and least empathetic woman I've ever seen was rude, foul-mouthed—she deserves every negative adjective imaginable (if you can even call her that) because, frankly, she seems like an ogre instead of a person. I hope they all have the same lack of shame she showed today when dealing with a 62-year-old woman, and I hope she never repeats herself because she's a truly awful person.

We were in Malaga over the December bank holiday weekend and took the opportunity to do some Christmas shopping. We really liked the shop and Zaira's service. Thank you so much.
