I gave the checkout a size XS, and the saleswoman changed my XS pants to a size S, which I didn't notice. As for the size they put in my bag that wasn't the one I wanted and tried on, I had to go back to the store two days later. I live far away and had to travel many kilometers to exchange the pants for my suit. Even though I still had the receipt, they refused to exchange it for my size. So, I ended up with a suit and pants that were the wrong size for 220 euros.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. Today we came to the store around 9pm. We were the only customers in the store. There were 2 female employees. I asked in Spanish if there are any promotions. One employee responded in Spanish only saying „20% discount“. I asked in Spanish „on everything?“. Then she laughed as if I’m stupid and said only on the bags and wallets. We took one wallet, letting them know that we wanted to buy it. Afterwards I took a pair of shoes from the front and asked if I can try it on. They said yes, so I went to the back of the store (where they have seats and socks). None of them came once to check on me or ask me if I need another size (the shoe was way too small). Only when I shouted „disculpa, can you help me with the size?“ through the whole store, one of them came. MIND YOU, my mom and me were the only ones in the store!!! When we went to the cashier to pay the wallet, they wanted to charge us the full price without the 20% discount. Honestly it seemed like the wanted to screw us over. Already when the situation happened with the shoes, I told my mom that I don’t want to buy the wallet anymore. If it wasn’t for her wanting to gift it to me, I would have bought NOTHING. Customers are not treated well here, seems like they’re too full of themselves and think they are better than others. At other stores like Karl Lagerfeld they treated us with lots of kindness and respect.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this store, the items are beautiful, the prices are great, and the sales assistant Rania is exceptionally kind and professional.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. I went to the Michael Kors store in Plaza Mayor because the zipper on one of their handbags fell off—an unacceptable manufacturing defect considering the prices they charge. Even though the bag is clearly theirs and authentic, they flatly refused to offer a solution or exchange it simply because I didn't have the receipt. It's outrageous that a brand that markets itself as premium has such a rigid policy and such terrible customer service. The bag is defective and it's from their own store, but they'd rather lose a customer than review their system or offer an alternative. The sales assistants showed complete apathy and no empathy for the problem. If you're going to spend money on a supposedly expensive brand, you expect a minimum level of quality and after-sales service that takes responsibility for its mistakes. Here, you pay for design but get terrible quality and awful service. I will never buy anything from this Plaza Mayor location again. A complete rip-off.

A wide selection of quality bags and small leather goods. Also excellent deals on shoes, sneakers, and boots.
Some of the clothing is very interesting.
The staff is helpful and very friendly.
This showroom is a must-see in Park Plaza Mayor, in my opinion.
